Marry Ferreira

Marry Ferreira (she/her/ella) is a trilingual communications strategist and advocate with extensive experience in gender justice, human rights, and intersectional advocacy. She serves as the Senior Manager of Communications and Global Accountability at Global Fund for Women and is the co-founder of Kilomba Collective, the first U.S.-based organization supporting Black Brazilian immigrants through mentorship programs, workforce development, and emergency response initiatives. Marry has partnered with grassroots movements across Global Majority countries, designing impactful campaigns and fostering transnational solidarity. Originally from Brazil, Marry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Universidade Federal Fluminense and a Master’s degree in Public Media and Strategic Communications from Fordham University. In her free time, she enjoys visiting farmers’ markets, traveling with her partner, exploring new cuisines, and spending time with her newly adopted kitten.
