Nikol Pashinyan, an opponent to the Armenian government was just elected by Parliament. Yet, Parliament is still very hostile to the Armenian former journalist who spent nearly two years in prison. In six weeks, Nikol Pashinyan has awakened, shaken and united Armenia, making dreams for a better future much more plausible. He stood up against a regime that was discredited and hated, gathered tens of thousands of people on the streets, pushed a prime minister to resignation and led a peaceful revolution.
