Over 500 people have been killed in Syria in the last five days. Among them, 150 were children. The real challenge is now that of the implementation of Resolution 2401 of the UN Security Council, approved Saturday with the unanimity of its fifteen members. The UNSC Resolution claims “without delay” a cease-fire in Syria with at least thirty consecutive days for a lasting humanitarian pause. The Syrian regime, with the support of Tehran, continued its operations in eastern Ghouta at the gates of Damascus, where nearly 400,000 inhabitants have been subjected for a week to a flood of fire, which killed more than 500 people according to the latest assessment of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (OSDH). Pray for Syria, pray for peace, pray for humanity.
