The American fashion brand Guess announced today that Paul Marciano, co-founder of the brand, withdraws from his responsibilities following the charges of sexual harassment of which he is the subject. In early February, Paul Marciano (who has Moroccan origins and is native of Debdou) was accused of sexual harassment, in a series of tweets by Kate Upton, an actress, and model. He has publicly denied all allegations against him. In a statement, Paul Marciano declared leaving his duties temporarily. On the other hand, the brand stated that it would take all charges of sexual harassment very seriously. According to CNBC, Guess sales declined more than 15% this month, since Kate Upton’s declaration.
